Wendy's Meal Causes Illness - Wendy's, Lexington Virginia

I got Wendy’s to-go on Nelson Street in Lexington, VA, yesterday (3/11/2024) and got food poisoning. I had a Dave’s single with only cheese, mustard, mayo, and ketchup. I also had a medium chocolate frosty. This was ingested around 6:50pm. I woke up at 3am and first had a major bout of diarrhea and then proceeded to throw up 3 times. It is now 10am on 3/12/2024 and I cannot go anywhere, as I’m extremely weak, but the nausea has faded. The only thing that tastes good is blueberries and ice water. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness
