I ate a burger with onion rings in it, which I didn't know was a thing, along with fries and a diet coke. Less than an hour after I get back home, I start having violent diarrhea and awful stomach cramping. For the last several hours, I've been struggling to stand up and fighting back nausea trying not to vomit, lying in bed clutching my stomach and every so often rushing to the toilet. What the f**k are you putting in your food!? Get it together! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
