Wendy's, International Drive South, Budd Lake, New Jersey, USA I went to the drive-through and ordered a cheeseburger with no lettuce or tomato and a drink around 11pm and by 3am, I was in a fetal position struggling with gastritis symptoms-vomiting, cramps, and diarrhea. It seemed like E Coli or salmonella. All I had eaten the previous day was that Wendy's burger so there was no question in my mind where it came from. Probably e Coli or salmonella and this was not the first time this happened to me after eating at this particular Wendys.
