This Wendy's is usually good. I got Biggie Bag which included fries, drink, double stack bacon burger, and 4 nuggets. Symptoms of nausea, malaise, and diarrhea occurred 3 hours after eating the food. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
