Spicy Chicken Sandwich Illness - Wendy's, San Diego California

8 years ago reported by user-dxhcn285 business

Wendy's, Mission Gorge Road, San Diego, CA, United States

6585 Mission Gorge Road, San Diego, 92120 California, United States

I had a spicy chicken sandwich, small fries and Dr. Pepper. My husband had 2 Jr. bacon cheeseburgers. We both got sick within hours. Husband is okay now but I feel like I'm dying. I've been drinking Gatorade but still can't eat anything, I end up vomiting. Day 2 and I still feel dizzy and have diarrhea. Never having Wendy's again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
