Chemical Aftertaste in Drinks - Wendy's, Jacksonville North Carolina

Ordered 3 burgers 2 drinks and an order of fries at approx 5:30pm on Friday July 24. Two hours later both my husband and I were experiencing symptoms. He was in one bathroom experiencing diarrhea and I was in vomiting 🤢 in the other. Called the restaurant repeatedly to report it, but no one answered and voice mail set up. Unable to report to the Health Department after 5pm. My husband and I think that the problem is with the drinks, my coke drink had a chemical aftertaste. I poured it out with more than half remaining after I started to feel funny. I pray that other customers are not experiencing any adverse effects. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
