I bought one of those new avocado southwest chicken salads 2 hours after eating it my boss told me I look sick so I had to go home and about 11 that evening I started with the nausea the diarrhea the vomiting it was coming out of my nostrils and the only thing that was really coming up was liquid and spinach I made the comment about the spinach tasting a little bitter to me and so I didn't even eat the whole salad | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
