On Wednesday November 7 2018 I went to lunch at Wendys in Lehi and ordered a Daves single with No ketchup mayo or pickles on it. I recived my food after about 4 min and drove away. I look in the bag and I got a chicken sandwich with bacon and a bunch of stuff on it... Not at all what i ordered. I turn around go inside this time and wait a good 10 minutes while 4 employees stand around (fully aware i am holding an unwrapped sandwich) and proceed to tell the only woman doing her job that the sandwich was incorrect. She took my order again they remade my sandwich and i left. Went back to work (late because i had to exchange my food) and ate lunch. 4 hours later I receive a severe migraine nausea accompanied woth vomiting diarrhea stomach pains which eventually led to blacking out. I have never had such bad food poisoning in my entire life. Im not saying that the employees did something to my sandwich... but it wouldnt be surprised. Please look into the cleanliness and the food preparation of this Wendys location. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Migraine
