My husband is very ill after eating a Wendy's Avocado Chicken Salad last night. We had both had this same salad a few days before and were fine. But he went out on his own for work had the salad again just yesterday on 8/20 and fell ill throughout the night. Diarrhea, vomiting, passing out... he is still very ill today with a fever and cannot eat anything and is dehydrated. This fast food restaurant is usually very good, and I'm afraid to eat those salads now after seeing his horrible experience with food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
