Food Safety Report: Wendy's, West Belmont Avenue, Chicago, IL, United States.

8 years ago reported by user-hkyv4834 business

Wendy's, West Belmont Avenue, Chicago, IL, United States

4140 West Belmont Avenue, Chicago, 60641 Illinois, United States

My 2 sons, daughter, wife and I all ate at the Wendy's on West Belmont Ave this evening. My wife had the taco salad and she shared some of the chili with my 8 year old son. No one else had the chili.

As soon as we arrived home about 30 minutes later, both my wife and son started complaining of nauseousness and the need to vomit.

I'm typing this almost 6 hours since dinner (yes, it is one o'clock in the morning) and my son has vomited 5 times and cried out in abdominal pain. My wife is also vomiting.

I've spoken to a dial-a-nurse and am following instructions for attempting to recover from this, but never again will we eat at this particular restaurant. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
