Around 12:30 noon I got a 10 piece nugget with ghost pepper ranch and a medium orange cream soda no ice. It's currently 6:16 and I've been in the bathroom for it feels like an hour. I haven't had anything else today, I woke up late so that was my breakfast and lunch, and I was about to start cooking dinner but I don't think I'll be wanting anything tonight | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
