Wendy's
Ordered a baconator with just cheese and catchup as well as a plain spicy chicken sandwhich. I don't know which one was the culprit but the chicken seemed very well cooked, thin, and cispy. That makes me wonder if it might have been the burger. It took about 6 or 7 hours after eating the food for the nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting to happen. I pooped countless times over 4 hours, well over 2 dozen, and threw up at least 4 times. I eventually went to the ER where they gave me IV fluids and 2 really painful anti nausea shots in my hips. It's been a couple days and I'm still fairly dehydrated and am only starting to eat solid goods again. Thank god for juice and water. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
