1/12/17 12:58 P.M. 6 of us. Two ate chili and fries not affected. One had chicken sandwich with bacon and late evening started with a headache and 1/13/17 still had headache, severe diarrhea, severe stomach ache all day 1/13/17 and puked to no end 1/13/17. Two had double stacks and fries and nausea and diarrhea late 112/17 and stomach ache all day 1/13/17. I ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and unwrapped it and a blonde hair sticking out of sandwich. I lost my appetite and ate a frosty only. I was not affected. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
