Had a hamburger with onions and onion rings. Within 2 hours of eating I was sick at both ends. 8:30pm on 11/14/23. At this time 3:15 the next day I still cannot lift my head or eat anything. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
