Thursday 8/15/24: Had the grilled Whatachicken with a medium onion ring, had loose stools that night but thought nothing of it. Next day(8/16/24), I’m wrecked with nausea, more diarrhea, and flu-like symptoms including body aches. Could barely keep any other food or water down without having acid reflux-like symptoms and coming to near vomiting. Feeling a bit better today but still have a light fever, aches, and recurring mild stomach aches. Unfortunately I didn’t keep my receipt. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Vomiting, Body Ache, Acid reflux
