My wife and I ate at whataburger today. She had a chicken salad with apples and cranberries. I had the #5 w/ jalapeños and grilled onions on Texas toast. My wife got sick and has been breaking out with a rash ever since. It started slowly and has progressively spread across her whole body. Now she is freaking out because she thinks it might be linked to salmonella. Please reach out to us... She has a fever and itches all over. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Skin Rash
