Dr. Pepper Shake Reaction - Whataburger, Austin Texas

4 years ago reported by user-yxvn6847 business

Whataburger, South MoPac Expressway, Austin, TX, USA

6611 South MoPac Expressway, Austin, 78749 Texas, United States

Dr. Pepper milkshake from there My 13 year old son got sick within an hour or so of having the milkshake. He had what I would say are hives- his legs turned purple and red splotchy. They were not itchy, but a very alarming color. He also had diarrhea within same time period- about an hour after consuming. That was the only food he had at that time, so i am certain it was the milkshake. I contacted them and they gave me an ingredient list. Nothing unusual. My son has never had that sort of reaction before and does not have any known allergies. He is the only one who got sick.
I think it was in May | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Skin Rash, Allergic Reaction
