Hot Bar Illness Suspected - Whole Foods Market, Portland Oregon

I'm not certain yet but the last two days I've eaten from the whole foods hot bar and salad bar...I got sick an hour or so after I ate yesterday and now I'm sick again tonight, Just me, I was eating alone on my lunch hour.  I had romaine lettuce, beet noodles and preserved lemon dressing both days paired with different proteins each day.  Yesterday I was sick within an hour or so and today it's been about 8 hours since I ate there. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
