I hadn't eaten anything all day, and then I made some mushroom ravioli from the fresh pasta section of Whole Foods. I went to bed about an hour later, my stomach feeling unusually iffy. I woke up about 3 hours later and immediately emptied my guts. Since I hadn't eaten anything else, I know this was the issue. | Symptoms: Vomiting
