red snapper fish I ordered red snapper fish (one fish weighs 3lbs). The order arrived late at night (last delivery of the day). The fish looked good, smelled and tasted fine. I cooked it the next day around noon for 40min at 350 degrees F. I ate some around 2pm, put the leftovers in the fridge. the next day I ate fish (only meal) around noon and in about 2 hours I felt abdominal pain that turned into watery diarhea and nausea. For the rest of the day these symptoms persisted. It is still not resolved. In other words, the symptoms started 22 hours after eating the 1st time (and 2 hours after eating the 2nd time). | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Diarrhea
