Sushi Illness: Chills, Vomiting - Whole Foods Market, Carmel Indiana

I went to Whole Foods in Clay Terrace on Sunday November 26 after the Thanksgiving holiday. I bought a box of sushi. It was tuna and salmon over California rolls. One of the California rolls had eel sauce on it. I went home and ate it. I was immediately in shivering with chills. An hour or so later I was vomit. I vomited all night. The next day even worse. The third day able to hold down food but dehydrated and very week. Today is the 4 th day. I am feeling back to normal but still lethargic. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Dehydration
