Around noon on Sunday, March 16th 2025 we purchased food from the hot bar at Whole Foods Alexandria location (Duke St). We got fried tofu, mandarin chicken and fish. All 3 people in our family got sick, including a toddler. We experienced headache, fever, muscle aches and severe vomiting after 3-8 hours of consuming food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Muscle Pain
