I had the taco chicken and rice and beans at the hot bar. At about two in the morning I started getting the most horrendous acid reflux and heartburn which kept me awake for most of the night. I also kept tasting that meal through the night, so that is why I think it is the suspect. Once I tried to get up to go to work at around 6 I felt really nauseous and threw up a good amount twice, and appeared that most of the meal remained undigested.

On a sidenote, unfortunately we are going on vacation to California tomorrow for a week, so I am at home trying to feel good enough to get on an airplane. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Heartburn, Acid reflux
