I bought iceberg lettuce at my Grocery on Friday, June 24th, 2022. The next evening, Saturday, June 25th, 2022, I prepared burgers for my family. Everyone had traditional burgers, but my son and I used the iceberg lettuce we purchased here, in place of the buns, as we are on the Keto diet. That night we both got terribly ill and it has continued for two days since, with no end in sight. Sorry to hear this. I soak and wash all my vegetables in a vinegar water bath in my sink, rinse thoroughly and then salad spin dry before refrigerating. I break apart lettuce to wash, and especially head iceberg lettuce. Feel better soon.
