Hot Bar Illness: Onions Suspected - Whole Foods Market, Seattle Washington

1 day ago reported by user-kxzh4152 business

Whole Foods Market, Northeast 64th Street, Seattle, WA, USA

1026 Northeast 64th Street, Seattle, 98115 Washington, United States

Me: last night, 24 hours after ingesting suspected food. My daughter vomited a couple hours after ingesting suspected food on Monday evening. Possibly grilled onions, also mushroom, bacon bits from Whole Foods hot bar Roosevelt Also chills, muscle aches. The grilled onions tasted weird/bad, I thought maybe it was balsamic vinegar, but the taste was pretty awful looking back. My husband is now also sick, vomiting, dizzy, passed out. Two year old granddaughter in the house is not sick and did not eat the baked potatoes with grilled onions, mushrooms, bacon bits from Whole Foods. | Symptoms: Chills, Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Dehydration
