Last night. I believe it was beef ribs I purchased from Whole Foods last night I purchased 2 pounds of back beef ribs from Whole Foods last night. Cooked them in the oven for over 3 hours then ate two with potatoes. Hours later I woke up from intense abdominal pain in the middle of the night. This morning my symptoms have progressed into frequent diarrhea and projectile vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain
