Sald I ate a salad with berries and spinach, and became violently ill within 30 minutes. I experienced cold sweats, became dizzy, had intense burning in my stomach, and my face went pale. I then vomited nearly constantly for 1.5 hours, well beyond my stomach being empty (dry heaving, bold coming up etc.) After the nausea subsided my stomach kept burning for another hour.
