I purchased and ate a deli honey turkey wrap sandwich at 2:00pm on Mon May 14, 2018. I woke up at 12:30am on Tues May 14, 2018 with terrible stomach pain, sweating and intense nausea. Around 2:30am, diarrhea began, 10-12 times. It’s now 6am and it’s still going on and vomiting has started. I will go to the doctor if I’m not doing better by noon today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Sweating, Stomach Pain
