Ate the prepared chicken salad for lunch. No more than 30 minutes after, I experienced shooting stomach pains and nausea. I have been having diarrhea all afternoon and still feel terribly 6 hours after. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
