My mom (77 year old) ate at the buffet yesterday (1/18/2026). She had the chicken marsala, pasta and mac and cheese. She has been vomiting and experiencing explosive diarrhea since consumption. She has been sleeping and vomiting since yesterday. She still has not recovered. Not sure if it is e-coli or salmonella. We gave her gatorade and electrolytes, but she vomitted that also. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
