Hot Bar Illness: Nausea, Fever - Whole Foods Market, Bethesda Maryland

I've been here several times and have had no problems. I got hot bar foods. I started to feel nauseated 4 hours after eating it, up all night vomiting, diarrhea, aches, fever and chills. I had only eaten toast and coffee earlier in the day, so I beleive it was the stuff from Whole Foods. It's been less than 24 hrs and my stomach still hurts and I still feel achey. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
