Whole Foods Market, Wilshire Boulevard, Santa Monica, CA, United States

2201 Wilshire Boulevard, Santa Monica, 90403 California, United States

Ate sushi and had some minestrone soup at Whole Foods in Santa Monica Ca. on Sat afternoon August 19th. I began feeling light headed and nauseous within a hour after eating. I was not sick at all before that. Within 2 hours I had to throw up and had diarrhea. It is now 5 days later and I have felt achy and not well all week. I still have some diarrhea. I did call the store on Sat to tell them. No one seemed to take it very seriously. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
