I ate lunch at Wilmas on Wed oct 17th. I ordered a fish taco at about 2pm at 540-600 I began to feel ill and then spent 4 hrs vomiting whatever toxins my body was rejecting. When I received the taco it smelled fishy..not bad but it was a fish taco I be never had a problem with this restaurant buy it did have a large quantity of salsa in the taco and Im guessing it could have been anything including poor food handling | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
