pepperoni pizza from the hot cabinets by the self checkouts. Sounded like a good idea, and didn't taste any different than normal on 9/30/22. By that afternoon I had horrific gas pains that progressed to stomach cramps, diarrhea, then painful sensitive back & abdomen, then vomitting in the early hours of 10/1/22. I'm more or less fine now.
