Boneless garlic parm wings on 9/3/22. Was struggling to fall asleep in early morning hours with heavy nausea and eventually had to get out of bed and run to the bathroom. Vomit and diarrhea continued for the next few hours with a general unwell feeling and possible mild fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
