Ate breakfast. Lucky Charms single pack I bought from here along with Fruit Loops. I drove to here and had to stay in my car in the parking lot. The symptoms didn't subside. Ended up going back home. Threw up at Walgreens on the way home. Had diarrhea at home and at Walgreens. Drank 2 tabs of Alka-Seltzer before laying down to sleep. Slept for 4 hours. Woke up better but still nauseous enough I couldn't eat the rest of that day. The next day, I managed some chicken noodles soup for dinner. Finally was able to go shopping at Walmart on the 4th. I loved Lucky Charms since I was a child. Did they change the dyes or use different ingredients? First time ever getting sick on cereal. Only made a report because I ate about 15 minutes before driving to Walmart and got so sick. Hate throwing up but glad I did. It might have been worse.
