Salad Suspected in Illness - Winter Park, Winter Park Florida

3 years ago reported by user-vfhm5418

Winter Park, FL, USA

Winter Park, Florida, United States

Not sure, but it might have been a salad I was hospitalized from March 17-20 with bloody stool and colitis. Everything they tested me for came back negative, and the colonoscopy was clean, so it must have been food-borne. I have no idea wha else it could be. I ate a salad the day I got sick with mini bell peppers and an onion from publix, as well as romaine from costco. I also ate pre-cooked frozen shrimp dumplings from trader joe's about an hour before I got really sick. | Symptoms: Bloody Stool
