Chicken Mayo and Avo on health bread sandwich. Only myself as i only bough a sandwich for me, about and hour after eating it (13h00) started to feel qeezy and then had to go home and started vomiting and had severe stomach cramps at about 16h00 and it carried on until 19h00 when i started to feel better when the food was out of my boday | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
