We ate the grab and go sushi (salmon) and after about 5 hours had the worst possible night ever. The display was pretty full at 4-5pm so I’m a bit suspicious how long it had been there/what their system is for making/keeping their sushi - they were still making rolls at the end of the day when the shelf was full and untouched so I’d say they’re keeping it overnight for god knows how many days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
