Wednesday May 31st and I am still sick, it was horrible, so bad that I passed out while puking and fell and hit my head. Woke up in vomit. The BBQ chicken salad had some wilted lettuce in it and chicken may have been undercooked. I was at a business meeting lunch, so I dismissed it and focused on the business. Bad mistake, I'm still sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
