I was traveling to Chesapeake, VA from Mississippi for a family reunion. My family and I stopped for lunch. This was the only FOOD stop that we made on the entire trip. My family all ordered chicken strips and fries. I ordered the house fried chicken salad with ranch dressing. After to reaching our hotel in VA, I wasn’t feeling my best so, I showered to get ready for bed. Only to be awakened with a strong urgency to go to the bathroom for an explosive bowel movement. But to my surprise, I couldn’t, my stomach was camping severely. I just became weak, faint, having chills, and I needed help. I went to get off the toilet to call for help and collapsed in the floor. I cut my arm by the fall, I pulled myself up and laid across the toilet. I just felt horrible. I was cold. I was in terrible, terrible pain. The ambulance was called and once I was on the stretcher, I began to loose it on both ends, uncontrollable lose of bowels and vomiting all the way to the hospital and after arriving. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Chills
