On July 22nd 2016 around 8 p.m. I ordered a grilled Cobb salad with blue cheese dressing around 2 a.m. my bowels emptied out 4 over three and a half hours every 10 to 15 minutes finally got some sleep look up could barely move call into work sick within 3 minutes I was throwing up several times. When I woke back up I had the worst headache I've ever had and my entire body was aching and could barely move was laid up in bed the entire day till about 10 p.m. the 23rd | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache
