I ate a chicken sandwich from there, and hours later I started to feel nauseous and upset stomach. I woke up with chills in the middle of night and threw up twice. 2 days later and still recovering from diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

Visited this location today and bought a double chocolate hot chocolate. A few hours after drinking I started to have diarrhea which was followed by stomach cramps and nausea. It’s been about 12 hours since and still having symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps

Last night at 6:50pm, ordered a 6 inch on Italian herb, ham and pepper jack cheese. With lettuce, tomato, pickles and black olives. Vinegar and oil. Salt and pepper. It is the only food I ate except yesterday morning when I had a couple slices of toast. Symptoms started 5am this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
