On 08/20/2024 I purchased a chicken w/white rice, chicken, pico, veggies, and sour cream bowl and also a side of guac and chips. About 6 hours later I began cramping. After about 12 hours, I was extremely nauseated and started throwing up and having diarrhea. My head was throbbing, and I had fever and chills. This lasted for several hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
