Food Safety Reports: Subway, Almaville Road, Smyrna, TN, USA

Last night at 6:50pm, ordered a 6 inch on Italian herb, ham and pepper jack cheese. With lettuce, tomato, pickles and black olives. Vinegar and oil. Salt and pepper. It is the only food I ate except yesterday morning when I had a couple slices of toast. Symptoms started 5am this morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
