My wife had the chicken bacon ranch fries today for dinner. She had taken a few bites, but had commented that it didn’t taste right. She stopped eating it, but within a half hour, she was feeling nauseous, and complained of horrible cramps. She started violently vomiting in bed, after cleaning up, she said she felt like she was burning up, and felt nauseous again. She again violently vomited, then started crying due to it causing her to start urinating, and she felt the need to use the toilet. Which then she had watery diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
