Chlorine Exposure at Restaurant - Zhangliang Malatang, Mountain View California

I visited Zhangliang Malatang (8/25/23) @ 2:30pm. I did not order much ..1.14lbs + mushroom based soup. about 2:51, a staff member decided to start cleaning up by wiping the empty table and walls with 409 (+Bleach); I saw the spray he was using (you can also check their inventory of cleaning supplies as well as review their security recordings). I didnt think he would continue but he kept getting closer and closer to my table. He sprayed chemicals on the table surfaces as well as the surrounding walls of the establishment( of course the white wall opposite the frozen items). He sprayed every table in front of us as well as behind me; walls included as I sat adjacent to the wall. I was smelling like CHLORINE all over even before he stopped. After 5 minutes lapsed, I finished my meal, drank my water and paid my bill (about 4 other parties were still remaining). I signed my bill and wrote a note to the cashier/ manager that this worker should not be using such harsh chemicals when people are still eating in the restaurant; he agreed but did nothing. Then at 6pm my stomach rumbled; I felt sick. My wife felt sick earlier at 5:30pm. Chemical poisoning or food poisoning. It was BAD, I visited the restroom 4 more times that night. I tried to sleep but had the shivers even with two blankets!! I ate at this restaurant before but never like this; free Chlorine additives to my soup and drink. I ended upgoing to the bathroom 4 times that night; and tried sleeping but my body kept shivering the entire night. The next day, more visits to the bathroom; 6 total. Then on Sunday, another 6 times. My stomach is still trying to recover. I want people to acknowledge that either the staff did not prep the food correctly AND this establishment should be "Cleaning with HARSH chemicals while customers are still present in the restaurant!!!" Please avoid this restaurant, Zhangliang Malatang of Mountain View California, if you care about your HEALTH!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea
