Calamari Concerns, Quick Nausea - Zizzi - Manchester Piccadilly, England

2 years ago reported by user-cgjy5278 business

Zizzi - Manchester Piccadilly, Manchester, UK

M1 1LU England, United Kingdom

Around 9pm this evening, my partner and I went to the outlet and got a table for 2. Upon being seated, we placed our order: 2 large calamari fritti for starter and our main course. A few minutes later, the waitress came over to tell us it's going to take about 15 minutes which we were fine with.

When the order arrived, I started eating mine. My partner followed a few minutes later. I'd got about half way through mine and had noticed it was chewier than usual but didn't think anything of it. Once my partner started eating, he noticed immediately that it tasted a bit off and we called the waitress back over to complain. They took both starters away and they gave us a garlic bread instead. We finished our meal and, shortly after leaving the establishment, I started feeling nauseated. It's now 11.26pm and I've vomited on my way home. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
