I ate sausage and egg McMuffin meal on Monday morning and stArted with diarrhoea and sickness late Monday afternoon still got diarrhoea and stomach cramps and feeling sick 3 days later I feel so poorly  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

I ate McDonald’s mc chicken sandwich yesterday at 3pm.
I believe the staff that served me were responsible they were looking at me suspiciously. Around 6pm I felt nauseous
