Silk milk oat and life cereal. Not sure which one but I felt sick after my bowl last night, sleep ok, but threw up in the morning. Had another bowl when my body called down because I didn't think that was the issue but now cramping and nausea and vomiting and frequent washroom use  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
